In the United States, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has extended its ban on U.S. flights to and from Israel’s Ben Gurion International Airport for another 24 hours, as it continues to “monitor and evaluate the situation.”
On Tuesday, the agency had implemented the ban in response to a rocket strike that landed around 1.6 kilometres from the airport.
