An Air Canada flight from Toronto to Hong Kong landed safely after being forced to turn around due to a mechanical issue.
AC015 had to return to Pearson International Aiport shortly after takeoff around 10 a.m. on Monday.
Emergency personnel were standing by preparing for a rough landing; however, the plane landed without any issues at 11:30 a.m.
It appears the cargo door indicator light was on, so the plane had to land as a precaution.
There were 349 passengers on board.
The passengers will be transported into a new aircraft to resume their journey to Hong Kong, the airline said.
